Seafood Paella

* Seafood Paella. I LIKE!
Portion untuk 2 kali/orang:
1 - Tumis 2 bawang besar dadu, 4 bawang putih dadu, lada hijau dan lada merah dadu (dalam segenggam each), 4 bay leaves and some oregano, biar sampai layu
2 - Masukkan cendawan dihiris (optional, nih sebab koi nak abeskan stok cendawan)
3 - Bila cendawan dah betul-betul layu, masukkan 5 sudu besar fresh canned tomato (kalo nak guna tomato biji, dadu kan 2 biji and bubuh), masak sampai tomato macam nak pekat sket
4 - Masukkan 1.5 gelas air and 2 genggam beras
5 - Masukkan segala seafood pilihan hati (koi just ada lala and kerang dalam tin jek), 1 kiub stok ikan (optional, buleh jugak bubuh stok ayam), garam, gula, black pepper, pimienton dulce (sweet chili) powder, zafran (optional). Kacau SKET jek now and then supaya beras tak jadi berkanji sangat. Sentiasa tengok air dan tambah kalo tak cukup. Kalo guna kerang/lala dalam tin, masukkan skali airnye. Kalo ada stok ikan buatan sendiri, lagik bagus (buleh replace air).
6 - Guna api sederhana and SKALI SKALA kaco and tambah air/stok, kalo perlu
7 - Bila nasik dah masak and dah jadi gini, kira buleh tutup api la. Ikut citarasa sendiri sebenornye sebab setengah orang tak suka berkuah sangat, setengah orang suka banjir gitu.
