PostHeaderIcon Grill Chicken and Zukini


Cara2:
Chicken
1) Mix curry power, osyter sauce, salt, chilie flakes, white pepper, oregano, tumeric powder and olive oil
2) Coat chicken fillets with mixture
3) Grill

Zukini
1) Coat sliced zukinis with black pepper and salt
2) Grill

PostHeaderIcon Fish pasta with vegetables


Cara2:
1) Simmer water in a pot and add in pasta with bit of salt
2) In a pan, sautee chopped garlics and mushrooms
3) Add in fish, oregano, 1 granule of fish stock, black pepper, chilie flakes (for extra kick) and cover lid
4) Now and then open the lid and turn the fish (to cook them evenly)
5) Once fish are cooked, take them out into a plate and put aside
6) Add in spinachs in pan, stir and cover lid
7) Once spinachs are cooked, drain pasta and pour in the pan (with some of pasta boiling water)
8) Grate some parmesan and mix well
9) Serve on a plate and put the fish on top

PostHeaderIcon Baked chicken with vegetables


Cara2:
1) Heat oven at 180 C
2) Add in chopped garlics, oregano, mustard, juice of 1 lemon, salt, black pepper, bay leaf, thyme and olive oil in a bowl, mix well
3) In a baking container, pour mixture on boneless chicken thigh pieces, vegetables (chunks of potato, carrots, onion, sliced red capsicum and few garlics) and coat them well
4) Arrange and put chicken pieces on top of vegetables
5) Bake for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is cooked

PostHeaderIcon Seafood rice II


Cara2:
1) Saute chopped onion and garlics until transparent
2) Add in chopped red and green capsicum, saute for a while
3) Add in rice, mix well and then add 1 glass of water
4) Add in 1 granule of fish stock, black pepper, oregano, zafran and bit of salt
5) Stir now and then, add in juice from 1 lemon, all juice from canned mussels and more water if needed
6) When the rice is about to cook, add in mussels and prawns, cover the lid
7) Serve when prawns and rice are fully cooked

PostHeaderIcon Vegetables Pasta


Cara2:
1) Simmer water in a pot, add in some salt, bay leaf and pasta
2) In pan, saute chopped onion, garlics, red and green capsicums until onions are transparent
3) Add in chopped zukinis, 1 granule of chicken stok, black pepper and oregano
4) After zukinis are cooked, pour in drained cooked pasta with a bit of its boiling water
5) Stir and mix well
6) Serve in a plate and grate some parmesan on top

PostHeaderIcon Seafood rice

Cara2:
1) Tumis 1 bwg besar + 5 garlics hingga layu
2) Add in chopped 1 lada kering, red and green capsicum and let them cook for a while
3) Add in rice and stir until the rice has fully absorbed the liquid (if any), then add in 1 glass of water
4) Add in lemon juice (from 1 whole lemon), 1 granule of fish stock (perisa ayam pon buleh), bit of zafran and 1 canned mussels (apa2 seafood)
5) Stir rice now and then and add more water is needed
6) When rice is bout to cook, add in chopped squids (koi guna sotong katak), cover the lid and let the rice and squids cook
