PostHeaderIcon Baked chicken with vegetables


Cara2:
1) Heat oven at 180 C
2) Add in chopped garlics, oregano, mustard, juice of 1 lemon, salt, black pepper, bay leaf, thyme and olive oil in a bowl, mix well
3) In a baking container, pour mixture on boneless chicken thigh pieces, vegetables (chunks of potato, carrots, onion, sliced red capsicum and few garlics) and coat them well
4) Arrange and put chicken pieces on top of vegetables
5) Bake for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is cooked
