PostHeaderIcon Fish pasta with vegetables


Cara2:
1) Simmer water in a pot and add in pasta with bit of salt
2) In a pan, sautee chopped garlics and mushrooms
3) Add in fish, oregano, 1 granule of fish stock, black pepper, chilie flakes (for extra kick) and cover lid
4) Now and then open the lid and turn the fish (to cook them evenly)
5) Once fish are cooked, take them out into a plate and put aside
6) Add in spinachs in pan, stir and cover lid
7) Once spinachs are cooked, drain pasta and pour in the pan (with some of pasta boiling water)
8) Grate some parmesan and mix well
9) Serve on a plate and put the fish on top
