PostHeaderIcon Seafood rice II


Cara2:
1) Saute chopped onion and garlics until transparent
2) Add in chopped red and green capsicum, saute for a while
3) Add in rice, mix well and then add 1 glass of water
4) Add in 1 granule of fish stock, black pepper, oregano, zafran and bit of salt
5) Stir now and then, add in juice from 1 lemon, all juice from canned mussels and more water if needed
6) When the rice is about to cook, add in mussels and prawns, cover the lid
7) Serve when prawns and rice are fully cooked
