Choco y seta ala plancha con tomate ensalada (Sotong dan cendawan bako dengan salad tomato)

Bahan2:
1) Cendawan (hiris 2 cm tebal)
2) Sotong katak (Choco)
3) 1 biji tomato (potong2)
4) 1/2 lada hijau (hiris nipis)
5) 1 btg daun bawang (hiris nipis)
6) Lemon juice
7) Salt and black pepper
8) Some olive oil
Bahan marinate sotong & cendawan:
1) 1/2 kapsikum (pimiento rojo)
2) 1 bwg besor
3) 4 ulas bwg putih
1) + 2) + 3) = blend kering and perisa dengan garam dan gula sket
Cara2:
1) Gaul sotong dan cendawan dengan paste marinate
2) Pastu grill
Salad tomato:
1) Masukkan tomato + lada hijau + daun bawang dalam bekas
2) Perasakan dengan salt, drizzle of olive oil, black pepper dan lemon juice
3) Put in fridge to chill (best eaten cold)
