PostHeaderIcon Chicken Teriyaki (my version)


Cara2:
1) Gaul fillet ayam ( potong2) dengan tepung (make sure ayam disaluti tepung)
2) With 2 spoons of olive oil, goreng ayam till slightly brown
3) Pour in mixture of teriyaki sauce, chopped garlic and ginger, sugar and salt to taste
4) Pour in 1/2 cup of water
5) Keep flipping the chicken pieces now and then
6) Masak sampai kuah jadi pekat

* Except for frying the chicken, always use medium heat while cooking this
