PostHeaderIcon Espaguetis mariscos (Seafood spaghetti)

Bahan2:
1) 1 tspn halia (thinly sliced)
2) 3 garlics (chopped)
3) Some prawns
4) Some mussells (dalam tin)
5) Some grated parmesan
6) Spagetti
7) Some chopped coriander

Cara2:
1) Rebus spagetti dengan garam and bay leaf
2) Tumis halia and garlics
3) Add in prawns and mussells, bubuh garam sket and kasik udang and mussells masak
4) Drain spagetti and save some air rebusan
5) Pour in spagetti with some air rebusan, so that jadi ala2 sos pekat sket and mix well
6) Serve in a plate and tabur grated parmesan

*Note: Sebab dek spagetti kan cepat serap liquid so kena cepat sket la. Jangan lama2 atas api bila dah tuang masuk spagetti dalam pan. Seafood tuh terpulang nak bubuh apa.. ikut citarasa masing2.
