PostHeaderIcon Curry de patata al horno (Kentang kari bakar)

Cara2:
1) Basuh kentang (with skin on), lap kering dan potong in wedges shape
2) Fold aluminium foil into square dan pour in the wedges
3) Add in serbuk kari (koi bubuh terlebih pulak), chili flakes, drizzle some olive oil and mix well
*Personally in the future, I would like to add some salt and sugar (Ikut citarasa memasing yer)
4) Bungkus aluminium foil and bubuh bako dalam oven at 180 for 30 minutes (or sampai masak, depends on oven and kuantiti kentang)
5) Koyak top of aluminium foil and open it, continue bako for another 10-15 minutes, kasik crispy sket
